We are a collective of licensed massage therapists a combined experience of over 30 years. Our goal is to enhance health and wellness in the local community through massage therapy and education, in addition to outreach programs to other like-minded businesses in the Oklahoma City metro area.

We also bring an approach focused on helping you to understand the dynamics of your health, in all the phases of your life. PERINATAL MASSAGE

What is Perinatal? Perinatal is the period of time when you become pregnant and up to a year after giving birth. You might also have heard of the following terms: Pre-natal meaning 'before birth' Postnatal or postpartum meaning 'after birth.’
Pregnancy causes a lot of changes to the body, and it can lead to extra tight muscles and tendons. This massage targets those key areas to help relieve pain and tension and provide a soothing, relaxing experience for the mommy-to-be. It’s also a wonderful choice for new moms looking to de-stress.

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive.
