Kara Carder
Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Lymphatic Therapist, Registered Yoga Teacher 200 hours
Kara has been in the bodywork field since 2009. Her fascination in caring for clients needs has only grown stronger in that time.
As a practitioner of Yoga and Pilates, she imagined helping even further after her clients bodywork sessions. She decided she would do so best by helping her clients have a better understanding of the dynamics of their health and movement, helping to decrease tension and disrupt the pain cycle.
She is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) and desires to obtain more training in movement education to be able to appeal to a wider collective interest.
Trained in Lymphatic Therapy by ACOLS in 2024 she has now expanded her services to treat Lymphatic issues from a damaged lymph system to post surgical treatments!

Resonance Mind Body Wellness began as a collective of licensed massage therapists.
In 2026 it became the business name of Kara Carder. Kara carries on the legacy of excellence that Resonance built from 2017-2025 in Bethany, OK. She remains dedicated to providing the highest quality experience. Service options ranging from Swedish massage and luxurious spa treatments for a relaxing oasis experience, to deep tissue and therapeutic sports options. The services at Resonance Mind Body Wellness stand out from the rest.
