PERINATAL MASSAGE

What is Perinatal? Perinatal is the period of time when you become pregnant and up to a year after giving birth. You might also have heard of the following terms: Pre-natal meaning 'before birth' Postnatal or postpartum meaning 'after birth.’
Pregnancy causes a lot of changes to the body, and it can lead to extra tight muscles and tendons. This massage targets those key areas to help relieve pain and tension and provide a soothing, relaxing experience for the mommy-to-be. It’s also a wonderful choice for new moms looking to de-stress.

A nervous system soothing session!
Melt into this massage with warmed basalt stones applied to the muscles- to better target those trouble spots. As with our Classic massage, we’ll customize to fit your needs, preferred pressure, and focus areas of tension or stress.
