PERINATAL MASSAGE

What is Perinatal? Perinatal is the period of time when you become pregnant and up to a year after giving birth. You might also have heard of the following terms: Pre-natal meaning 'before birth' Postnatal or postpartum meaning 'after birth.’
Pregnancy causes a lot of changes to the body, and it can lead to extra tight muscles and tendons. This massage targets those key areas to help relieve pain and tension and provide a soothing, relaxing experience for the mommy-to-be. It’s also a wonderful choice for new moms looking to de-stress.

HOT STONE MASSAGE

Our Classic massage with warmed basalt stones applied to the muscles to better target those trouble spots. As with our Classic massage, we’ll customize to fit your needs, preferred pressure, and focus areas of tension or stress.

What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive.
We offer exclusive Reiki sessions or you can schedule a Fusion: Reiki + Massage session.
